Emeline Mandeville - Midwife
Emeline approaches health care with a deep respect for each patient she serves. Empowered by her own birth experience, and wanting to make a difference for other women, Emeline pursued a M.A. in Social Policy with a focus on women’s health while completing required prerequisites for midwifery school. In 2014, she completed her Master of Science in Midwifery from Philadelphia University (now The Midwifery Institute at Jefferson). Emeline worked as a midwife for 4 1/2 years in a traditional medical setting at SUNY Upstate and Cayuga Medical Center.
With the intention to provide a higher quality of care Emeline opened her own women’s health practice specializing in holistic, respectful and personalized care for women of all ages.

Haley Fuller, CNM
Haley Fuller is a Certified Nurse Midwife with a deep commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care. A graduate of Stony Brook University’s midwifery program, Haley brings a unique blend of hospital and community-based experience to her practice. Before becoming a midwife in 2024, she worked for years as both a nurse in gyn and ob care and a community based birth assistant.
At Meraki Midwifery, Haley supports clients through the full spectrum of reproductive health, including prenatal and postpartum care, gynecology, birth control, fertility support, and miscarriage management. She believes in building relationships with her clients and creating a care experience that is respectful, collaborative, and empowering.
When not catching babies, Haley is a dedicated mom to two incredible daughters, a proud plant mom (with over 300 houseplants at one point!), and a collector of ginger-haired pets. She’s also a budding musician, currently teaching herself to play the ukulele and known to carry a tune pretty well.
Our Philosophy
With deep care and intention, we provide evidence-based, functional medicine–informed support that honors autonomy, physiology, and the sacredness of women’s health.
Midwifery care
Midwives affirm the power and strength of women and the importance of their health in the well-being of families, communities and nations. We believe in the basic human rights of all persons, recognizing that women often incur an undue burden of risk when these rights are violated.
We believe every person has a right to:
Equitable, ethical, accessible quality health care that promotes healing and health
Health care that respects human dignity, individuality and diversity among groups
Complete and accurate information to make informed health care decisions
Self-determination and active participation in health care decisions
Involvement of a woman's designated family members, to the extent desired, in all health care experiences
Midwifery care includes health promotion, disease prevention, risk assessment and management, and individualized wellness education and counseling.
Midwives provide care for all individuals who seek midwifery care, inclusive of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
